IS LOSING SOMEONE YOU LOVE IS THE SAME WITH LOSING YOUR JOB ???????

in #life8 years ago

I grew up with my farmers parents with full of discipline , respect and love. My father had finished grade 4 only and mother grade 5. But that was not the hindrance to take over their responsibilities as our parents with my 3 siblings, all are boys. I could still remembered when we have started schooling at elementary when they told us over and over again to please be a good student, focus on your studies and believed that you can finished it, Because we knew the feeling of being uneducated person,we experienced discrimination in any aspect of life, most of all the workplace and it's hard for us to find good job but being a Farmers.

That is why they worked hard, spend more time on working at farm than to rest and sleeping, just to find money for our daily expenses at home and at school.

Those advices, sacrifices and love they showed to us siblings struck me most to become determined, persevered, and eager to reach my goals in finishing my studies, until I've reached my goal last March 24, 2015.

Graduated with an award of College Field Excellence of Business Administration, major in Marketing Management. That was the most unforgettable moment that I could gave to my proud parents, they cried both when they stepped up on stage to put my medal and received my certificate. The mutual feelings we had was the tears of Joy and Success !!!

EDUCATION IS A KEY TO SUCCESS . .

WORKPLACE :

After my graduation, I was lucky to find a job being a Teller at one Financial Services in our country Philippines. That was the time I said to myself that rest assured half of my salary will be given to my family, and indeed, consistently, I made it until now.

But a big Signs that our Employer have facing now, there is cost-cutting, and I have heard some issues of lay-off of Employees and sometimes delayed of salaries,  I know that I have Faith in God that everything is only a Challenge, and I know that whatever happens  he has a purpose and reasons that if one door will closed, A new door will be open, a new opportunities, new challenges and a new learning to take part and savor. But I cannot deny the fact that I am worried  on what's next, because I know that finding a job is not that easy as A B and C, rather as hard as Metals and Stones.

I am worried on my family because I was only the one who finished my studies and they also relied on me in my salary, but how could this be? I will lose my job? it is like losing someone I love, HEARTBREAKING !!! I know that life is Ups and Downs, however I am just a human that can feel disappointments and self pity rather being optimistic all the time.

LESSON LEARNED :

  • Nothing is permanent but CHANGE, Change may bring you into a better life, and could lead you to a new chapter that is full of opportunities.
  • Be thankful for what God has given you everyday, may it last or not.
  • Keep Positive Mental Attitude, but be open minded on the negative possibilities that might happen.
  • Do your Best and God will the Rest.
