No one becomes happy by chance.
Hi guys, it's me and my thoughts, AGAIN :)
I just wanna be happy, who doesn't? When I see "happy" and "how" something forces me to read it.
I wanna know what makes people happy, strong and positive. This is a definite lifestyle that you have to work on to make it work for you. The most important thing to get started with is the ability to recover. According to psychologists, this is an anonymous of depression. A Japanese proverb reads: "If you fall seven times - you have to stand eight."
The most important thing is to stop worry about what others think about us! Happy people don't allow those who are negative to the world to influence the way they feel. They know that a worthy person is not the one who has no shortcomings, but one who has merit.
Always looking for the positive side of every situation In everything bad, there is something good. And even if they fail to find a positive side in the situation, they create it on their own and do not regret it. They say, "If it had done well, that would be great, but if it's bad, then it's an experience."
They are always friendly and grateful. The happy people don't care how you look or where you were born. It's just enough for them to laugh with you, feel good in your company. They are also not ashamed and they can spend a few minutes to thank.
They smile as often as possible. "We laugh not because we are happy and we are happy because we laugh," said Philosopher William James. Smiles and laughter are an indelible feature of the happy. The people with whom we spend a lot of time influence us and the way we perceive the surrounding world. The longer we are with positive and optimistic people, the more will be the bright moments in our lives.
They know that not everything in this world is perfect. The happy people knows how to control their longings for perfection - they are aware that this is not something that can be guaranteed. They are not punished in cases when not everything is planned. Instead, they are proud of their achievements.
Living in the present. "I have survived many terrible things in my life, some of them really happened," is a phrase by Mark Twain, which is appropriate for the case. Happy people don't expect to come Friday night or Sunday morning. They are not constantly waiting for the purchase of a car or a new apartment. They don't hope for spring, summer, autumn, winter. The most terrible mistake is to think that you live when you actually vegetate in anticipation of life.
Contribute to the world around them. One of the most effective ways to feel happier is by changing the world around you. But you do not have to save whole nations or stop a tsunami. This can be achieved with something simple - for example, helping a person in need, complimenting yourself or smiling to a stranger.
Don't stop learning. Happy people are curious and always looking to learn new things about the world and the people who inhabit it. There is always something we don't know. The interest in life gives energy, acts positively to our thinking and makes our days more intense and bright.
It is always easier to give advice and more difficult to apply the change in our daily lives.
The will is something very powerful.
I wish to all of you and to myself , strong will to make our lives greater !
