Amendment I
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
In the USA Congress passes laws that direct the United States government to affect and control American citizens. The Congress is constrained by the Constitution as to what powers the United States government can exercise, and the First Amendment prohibits the USG from abridging the freedom of speech by prohibiting Congress from passing laws that direct government to censor people.
The prohibition in the First Amendment is not just against banning people and deleting their posts. It prohibits even abridging their words.

The United States government is not empowered under the Constitution to even remove one jot or tittle from the words we speak or write. As we have learned from the Twatter files, the traitorous USG has usurped that power anyway. In a glaring example of fascism, immensely powerful corporations have aided and abetted those traitors in that crime.
Michael Shellenberger and Matt Taibbi testified before Congress today regarding what they know about that treason. Dr. Robert Malone cross posted the transcript of Shellenberger's testimony to me today. There's a PDF there you can read all 68 pages. I'll only excerpt briefly below.

"...the U.S. government has funded organizations that pressure advertisers to boycott news media organizations and social media platforms that a) refuse to censor and/or b) spread disinformation, including alleged conspiracy theories.
"The Stanford Internet Observatory, the University of Washington, the Atlantic Council’s Digital Forensic Research Lab, and Graphika all have inadequately-disclosed ties to the Department of Defense, the C.I.A., and other intelligence agencies. They work with multiple U.S. government agencies to institutionalize censorship research and advocacy within dozens of other universities and think tanks."
The above excerpts are testimony to treason. Treason is a capital crime, punishable by death.
Everyone that has done this, that has participated in censoring Americans at the behest of the USG and it's agents, is a traitor, and America needs to defend itself from domestic enemies that have endeavored to eradicate our freedom, and thereby our prosperity, and pursuit of happiness.
These are hanging offenses.
Upon further examination, these betrayals were committed in the effort to commit war crimes of genocidal biological warfare against Americans - every single one of us - and all humanity.
Never has there been greater need to prosecute treason, war crimes, and genocide committed against the American people. The Stamp Act increased the tax paid on stamps by 3%, and that was the crime that prompted our forefathers to rebel and take up arms against the government that ruled them.
This is incomparably greater justification.

It might come as a shock to you and Patsy but there's no treason here. This one isn't on me either it comes from someone's opinion piece I read a while back. Not sure it was on Hive that I read it but if it was it probably was an edicted post as he often publishes these sort of explanatory (logic) reasoning post. The key word is "law", "Congress shall make no law". No law no running afoul of the law or the constitution, the opinion piece went into detail of all the stuff you mentioned and what they were all doing but there's no law that says they can't engage in those activities just that they can't make a law legalizing those activities.
There's no law saying they can't turn all American infants into catfood either.
Congress mandates action by the USG. The Executive carries it out, and the Judiciary keeps their leashes short. Given the specific prohibition on even abridging the speech of Americans permitted Congressional mandate, it is a logical fallacy to suppose that the Executive can just do whatever it wants outside of a mandate from Congress, particularly to take actions specifically prohibited Congressional mandate.
It's treason. Whoever made the claim that the Executive can act absent a mandate by Congress is an apologist for tyranny.
Don't think I am not on your side of this. I've long held now that Trump summoning Zuckerburg to the white house, who was facing sec 230 hearings, that that four hundred million Zuckerburg used to interfere in our election was a Trump abridgement runaround. I hope that's clear enough for you to see.
I am no Trumpologist. He himself trumpets his responsibility for the genocidal jabs, and there is a clear consequence at law for committing genocidal war crimes. Hanging by the neck until dead. However, he didn't commit such crimes alone, and his predecessors and antecedents are equally complicit and guilty of the same crimes.
Since the USG has been utterly corrupted and conquered by financialization, its agents have been corrupt minions of psychopathic banksters. Regardless of the fact that psychopaths are always surrounded by groveling sycophants, there seems to always come a time when their reigns of terror are ended, and history shows their reigns are ended with their lives.
Treason is a capital crime, and it's time to prosecute and justly penalize the provably criminal in order that humanity ends the commission of genocide we are suffering. We are amply availed of proof of the commission of a variety of equally capital crimes by Trump, Biden, Obama, Clinton(s), Bush(s), and all their despicable minions and co-conspirators.
I will happily leave in my wake a world purged of the entire infrastructure of genocide that becomes a greater threat to humanity every minute it is allowed to continue. All of these evil bastards and their aiders and abetters unquestionably merit hanging, and it is long past time prosecutions leading to just punishments should have begun. Terrorism is no less a capital crime than treason, yet none is more pressing than the ongoing genocide, every bit as capital criminally.
Hang 'em all, and let historians wrangle over technicalities specific to their long list of crimes.
The part of that that people aren't understanding, and I am not saying that every leadership or everyone in a leadership position on the entire globe was personally involved, is before they did this those who are involved came to the agreement that they were "stronger together" before moving forward. As long as they continued to stick together and operate like out of this world skits you'd see on the apprentice, keep people distracted and against each other they could in essence finish gaining the finally round of their control. There'd be no means to an end of what they'd do. Before they could even get to that point though they had to ensure that the manipulations of elections was at a point substantial enough to ensure their positions, that was crucial. Other countries and their leaders, like Poland, Hungary could be coerced into position monetarily by withholding funds from the world banks, or as Poland seen billions in covid recovery monies, and the poisoning of an entire river system. Others, and I am going to go out on a limb on this one, is states like Ohio, it was just a matter of getting enough elected into position to operate behind the scenes (in the knows) devastating blows like the train derailments, some maybe the threat of wider spread of covid, bird flu, any number of things to get governors into compliance or in DeWine's case his reputation tarnished for lack of getting cooperation into disposal of the waste in EP. I googled legislative issues in OH a couple weeks ago and there was some abortion issue stuff out there, just checking a few minutes ago and OH is lit up on the abortion issue, a corruption case, and the waste issue. It's going to be hard for them to tear down OH into the blue, getting shapeshifters like JD Vance in there is crucial to the teardown moving forward in taking over and controlling the battleground states which will ensure they win every presidential race moving forward. Oh is going to prove much harder than Michigan. Right now it's a war being waged between the powers in these takeovers, eventually it'll get to the people once they realize the systems been corrupted against them in tyrannical fashion, the big question is how far back will they push. Obviously they have to know by now they are willing to kill people over it.
The saddest thing about all of this is that it ultimately serves the WEF agenda to tear down countries so they can come to the devastated and desperate survivors as saviours, offering CBDC UBI bugpods and 15 minute prisons, which will look good to people considering how best to eat their neighbors.
A good hanging program will head that off.
Well I'll tell you I don't think it's on Trump's roster to be scheduled into the white house in Jan 2025. He'd have to give up all his foreign investments including into Astra Zeneca, Sanofi, Novartis AG and the long term prospects for those firms is looking impressive unless people are going to forgo their new mRNA combination flu/covid shots. You are either going to see one of two things fold out, people who feel they have no alternative to protect themselves than to get them, making them a huge financial success or they are going to put the big guys financially under if people refuse to get a flu shot due to the covid combo and mRNA technology. I am hoping I can manage to get a first few paragraphs in on Trump and I am going to bust his covfefe all to pieces. I wrote on it before and to be honest I am quite surprised at really how close I was...but it takes a long of time consuming thoughts, a dozen open browsers, lots of scientific data to switch back and forth from. If I close it down I have to go get them all again, refresh my memory on stuff, get my thoughts realigned....now you see why it takes me so long to get one done. But that egg thing really got me fired up, knowing all along we could have done it that way and he lied, wait until find out why he lied, I've done hours of digging, his covfefe is up.

When you can find the law come back and display it for everyone. No, the person who wrote that and the way it was written didn't seem to indicate anything other than someone who thought logically about what we are up against and how they are managing to get around it.
There are no end of constitutional scholars that have parsed these issues ad nauseum. The USG is not granted all power that is but constrained by the Constitution as amended. The USG is granted ONLY such power as the Constitution provides, if one accepts that such grant is even potential (which I don't. I didn't sign shit).
Seizing power specifically prohibited by the bare and plain meaning of the 1st Amendment is absolutely treason, contrary to the carefully delineated provisions of the Constitution that are intended to defend and effect the freedom and felicity of Americans. It is specifically betraying Americans.
Worse, this censorship has been planned to enable genocide and biological warfare as undertaken in Event 201. I cannot understand your denial of the obvious criminal intent and blatant treachery that has been laid bare by the criminals themselves through their chief propagandists of late.
The concealment of factual evidence of iatrogenocide has been the purpose of the censorship, and this has been undertaken to facilitate the false propaganda and literal terrorism used to push the pins into the arms of the murdered. Event 201 proves it is deliberate, and the global ubiquity of the tyranny undertaken by national polities proof of the mutual complicity of the traitors that implemented it.

The number of times the USG and those adjacent to it have committed treason in recent history is legion. I don't know if we come back from this as a nation.
I will worry about coming back as a nation after we have survived as a people.
This censorship has been undertaken to prevent us from knowing about the USG paying Ralph Baric and Shi Zhengli to create SARS2 in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, through EcoHealth Alliance, with money from the NIH, CDC, and FDA, doled out by Anthony Fauci, at the design of the DOD. It was used to prevent us from knowing that Covid19 had been being worked on for years, as the patents of Moderna and other companies on the constituent parts stitched together in the SARS2 virus have been proved by Dr. David Martin. It was used to conceal the low IFR of Covid19, and terrify us into taking the jabs, that are orders of magnitude more deadly - already, and they're not done killing us with cancers and heart attacks.
First we need to stop being killed by being rendered deaf and dumb to the truth about biological warfare being waged on us, our kids, and the world.
Then we can worry about being a nation, or being states, or being free. We can only be any of those if we are alive.
That's kind of what I meant. I don't know how these people end up being held accountable without a functioning republic. I guess the alternative being an uprising. I don't see that ending well, as such things generally don't, although that miracle has happened here before, so who knows.
We have to take these megalomaniacal mass murderers out, or they will succeed, as they have tried, to take us out. They don't leave us a choice.
