'They Used To Make Locks Like This'
This is a collection of the 16th and 17th century period castle locks. :) These were used in various castles from that era to prevent nosey people opening the doors but also designed to look beautiful.
Their mechanisms were done with great precision.
Look at the fine detail the locksmith has put in these beautiful examples of Renaissance craftsmanship.
Well, some we still sturdy. It was designed for the cellars and other places that didn't need to look posh.
Well, what I know for sure, one cannot buy this quality these days :D

Wao this collection of the locks of the castle look spectacular and were very safe. It would be great if we could have them in these times, but it is impossible. I love every detail that made the cerrageros work very well.
