Hello everyone, fellow HIVE users as well as dear readers from outside of HIVE! For today's only personal life-based post here on my HIVE blog, I decided to have a go in terms of creative writing a bit with a personal description. A description of myself according to me, yes.
Truth be told, I don't believe that much in astrology (but I can't totally dismiss it either)... Sometimes I find it rather confusing, but there is great wisdom it, for certain. You just have to be open-minded. I say I don't believe that much in it on a personal level, regardless of any astrological reading, but that doesn't mean things don't still happen according, in part at least, to it. Things will happen in your life whether you believe in them or not, as my father told me.
Anyway, the point is that I still have a limited belief in astrology, primarily given my rational way of being and due to the fact that I hold some skepticism and doubts here and there on the matter... However, I don't have any shadow of doubt that I am a Leo. I was born on 31 July 1997. That's quite a long while ago by my standards, come to think of it (at least in Earthly time)...

Anyway, I'm a Leo and this is what best defines me according to myself:
- I am a bit reserved and introverted (this comes with both advantages and disadvantages)
- I am sensitive, caring, and protective, but I can also be very irritable if people don't know how to behave with me by virtue of common sense.
- I am hard working, perseverant, and trustworthy, both individually and while working in teams. However, while I have grown to like working in teams, I still think I am doing better solo, therefore I enjoy going my way in my academic and professional projects because I have also built a lot of trust in myself and I know that if there is someone I can trust for certain, that one is definitely me.
- I am flawed, not perfect for certain, but I can work on my shortcomings and I can evolve. I have a lot of inner power and potential, but I am sigh limited sometimes, as I am human after all.
- I like giving more than I take. I don't need much to be happy, on the contrary.
- I have learned not to lose my temper so fast. One of the best lessons to master in this life is to learn how to remain calm. I intend to fully master it as I will grow old(er).
- I have my own instincts. When something smells fishy, believe it, I know it. Just as in the lyrics of a great song by The Who, I can see for miles...
- I am compassionate and I like respect and manners above riches or material possessions/Earthly goods. At the end of the day, we're all human, after all...
- I know the needs of those in suffering and I do whatever I can to fulfill them, to the best of my capabilities.
- I am, actually, very laid back sometimes as well. I love peace above all. When in these moments of peace, it is best advisable not to interfere with this mammal (i.e. a lion or a Leo, basically me), unless there is a very good reason.
I could go on with the list I suppose, but for now that's enough. Thank you very much for your readership and attention!

Hey, have you ever checked your birth chart?
I'm not a 100% believer when it comes to signs but astrology does have its own power.
People tend to look down on horoscopes because they are pretty general and sometimes makes no sense, but a birth chart gets the position of every planet and depending on the constellation certain planet was at he time you were born can have a huge impact.
For instance I'm the messiest Virgo ever, which doesn't make sense according to the characteristics ahah
You should check it out some time, it makes for great fun.
