Perception is the ability to understand, regard or interpret something through the senses.
How we perceive is how we receive the truth, our experience, knowledge and beliefs these are some of the factors which determines our ability to perceive.
Reality is as it is but we see the reality through the lens of our perception
Depending upon on the level of understanding, one determines their version of reality
Each one has got their own belief system, experience of life and own version of truth. I.e Everyone has got their own viewpoints.
As the Marcus aurelius would say
"Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth"
So our reality is just our perception ?
