Snoozing Six: A Parrot Pandemonium Story... (Original photos)

in #life7 years ago (edited)

Teach a parrot the terms 'supply and demand' and
you've got an economist - T. Carlyle

Donald Trump - Would his policies impact their life, they wondered! As dusk fell, these 'Economists' fell silent and brooded over the state of economy in the world.

Jokes apart, Donald Trump or any other world leader for that matter, would have little impact on the routine of these industrious birds. Next day, full of zeal and energy, they forget all that happened yesterday and carry on with their lives.

Living peacefully with brothers of many species, these parrots give meaning to the term 'peaceful coexistence'

Usually they are very much a sociable bird who loves to always be in a pandemonium, even in flight mode! ( By the way, I learnt the meaning of word 'pandemonium' very recently. I used to somehow always get a mental image of moaning pandas when I heard this word earlier. )

However, when they get in their brooding 'economist' mood, they do perch on a solitary branch, high above the mountains.

Extremely vocal and communicative with their mates and wing-men, when I hear them make their ruckus, I wonder if the phrase 'pandemonium broke out' was inspired by a pandemonium of parrots or vice versa ....

Whatever it is, these lively, vocal birds full of life always bring a smile on my face. Hope they will make your day better too!

AMAZING

but true . isn't it? :-)

Parrots are very smart and social, with beautiful colors and deafening squawk. Domestic parrots sometimes curse, which can be funny and annoying. I love them all, they make me laugh.

Now perhaps I can have another birds drawing session!:)

Sure. You can also look at my first introduction post or my Avatar to see a Flameback woodpecker and try drawing that. :)

Parrots are pretty awesome... I remember them quite well from when we lived in Jamaica for a few months when I was quite small; curious, social, and they do seem to get along pretty well. Nice photos!

Geez. You lived in Jamaica too? You've been around.

I will share my small upvote for you, this is the only thing i can help.
