I don't smoke.. But that is exactly what I tell people who do.

Add up how much you spend on cigarettes a month if your trying to quit.

Invest that money instead of burning it :)

I am a smoker, I usually spend 2 packs in a day, $ 2.4 if cashed.hahhahhah

I really want to stop too. but it's very hard to do it, ...
