I totally agree with this post, I used to really hate being on my own and needed someone else to entertain me! So I started meditating, and it's amazing how much that has changed me, I actually really look forward to that time on my own!

I never meditated, but I know I recognized myself from your comment. I never knew what to do on my own. But now, when I have kids, job, I enjoy every minute I have just for me. And of course Steemit.😉

Haha yes of course Steemit is now taking up my time!! Meditation is so good, and some people think it has to take ages, but even 10 minutes really makes an impact! :)
