As a heavy beer drinker for 25 years, I realize my time has come to give it up. I grew up watching my father being successful and drinking, until he wasn't. Until he started taking down lightposts on his way home from the bar and lost the business. I looked forward to drinking like him. I was prepared to party from a young age.

Drink and smokes are so deeply ingrained in me and now they have to be removed. It will be a struggle, but it has to change, or I am going to die, bloated and yellow.
