I saw someone asked online: "What to do when suddenly want to give up?”
When I think thoroughly, indeed, everyone has a period of time in burnout, can’t do anything.
Trying to boost sales confidently, but the result is not satisfactory;
Stay up late study hard for a few months, but the test result is still bad;
Whether it is work or study, work hard to swim out to the sea, but the reality of the waves mercilessly beat back to the shore.

In contrast to other people's rapid growth, they are like the stupid bird, after three or four times failed to fly, they began to doubt themselves.
Even started to have the idea of decadent: If I live without working hard, will my heart feel better?
Anyway, work hard have no result, rather than trying hard, might as well give up struggling.
But you must know that work hard is for a better life, and not work hard will suffer a lifetime.

I saw an answer that caught my attention:
- Close everything, shut down your pc
- Put on your sports shoes, together with music
- Go to the field and keep running until you are exhausted
- Then go back home, put on relaxing music, and have a bath
- Have a simple meal and go to bed
- Tomorrow is a new day
- You already win the night
As a human, we will think too much when we too tired.

Yes, everyone will feel frustrated and want to give up, work hard day and night, anyone will also be physically and mentally exhausted.
If so, it would be better to stop and rest for a while; perhaps it will be more productively than run blindly.
The road to success is not as crowded as it might seem, because most people take the initiative to retire in the middle of a long marathon journey.
We can run farther, just because we're still running, that's all.
"Still running", in term of working hard, although we are not necessarily will succeed, but give up is bound to be unsuccessful.
I read a story before:
One day, John met an old man.
The old man proudly said: "I've been fooling around all the time since I was young. My peers have lived long and hard lives. Now can I laugh at their busy lives, just to give themselves a result of an untimely death.”
John listened and didn't say a word.
He silently picked up a brick and a stone, put in front of the old man, "if you can only choose one, will you choose the brick or the stone?”
The old man chose the brick, and pointed at the stone, said: "This stone has no angle, how can I use it?"
People are like a brick and stone, once the drift, the edges, and corners will be grinded and become no value.
Only to meet the storm, against the spray to move forward, and polished out of your own angular edge, so that you won’t wasted your life in this world.
Everyone's effort is the process of transformation, but without the struggles, how can there be happiness.
Work hard and not work hard, looks like just a word of the difference, in the middle can be separated with million of peaks, which is two different lives.
You may not know how hard it will be, but at least it will be a lot better than not being in a fight.
The way forward may be very tired, so when you want to give up, you might as well stop to rest, and then continue to work hard.
You have to believe that all your efforts will be rewarded in the future.
