So true, some people follow mindful meditation or other forms, like kundalini, to get themselves into a neutral state and not bogged down by a negative mindset. I don't like crowds either and will do just about anything I can to avoid them in my daily life and especially on vacations. Today was a very crowded day, traveling for business in London and not much one can do to avoid the crowds at airports! But hey, I got to where I was going and had some nice peace and quiet to read another of your thoughtful posts :)
