Dreams often bring to the surface of things that needs attention. Happens alot especially with the screwed up ones because you are more alert that and your subconscious really wants you know. Alot of times when I meditate I just let the surface thoughts I have flow freely untill that drift away so I can get deeper in. And if you start to pay attention to the clutter of thoughts you become distracted to the thoughts that matter.

Oh man, you just reminded me of that sharkboy and lava girl movie. Daydreaming is indeed pretty awesome but has to have balance with or you might lose touch with the physical. I suppose that's why they call it grounding oneself 💭 😕😌
