Love it! For me doing something new is the big one. It's so easy to lay back and avoid any and everything outside your comfort zone.

By default we are wired to seek safety, which at the same time means sticking to what we already know. I noticed that exceptional people make a conscious effort to monitor their area of comfort and constantly strive to expand it by learning and doing new things.
