To achieve a goal you must make your first move.
One day I tried writing an article, I was stuck and I had nothing to write.
My mum was passing by, I walked up to her and told her what I was facing, she replied "go and write something when you are done writing then you can come to me for editing". I went back, meditated and came back with an article.
She read it, corrected the lines and paragraphs she then added more, she advised me on things to do while writing.

For you to go higher you must make a first move.
Your first move might just be a little push or you might have to take an extra mile.
