A few years back after coming back from a 1 year trip backpacking (including the time I’ve lived in Canada, I’d been away for 2 and a half year), a friend who cared about me was worried the way I lived my life. Traveling and working all these jobs like, waitressing, bartending, working on farms and even vlogging lately. No normal jobs for me and never stay still somewhere. I always move around and that’s why the worry was there. He told me I should work first.. and enjoy life after having enough money (if I didn’t misunderstand what he said ).
A few months after the talk, I went backpacking again (short one) up north to Chiang Mai and Pai, Thailand. Met a person that we somehow clicked! Like, speaking the same language and understanding each other well. He told me he’d never heard such a thing as his parents always told him ‘Be young while you can’. So true, a lot of thing you’re not going to be able to do it after a certain ages / period of time.
Live it to the fullest and be young while you can!
