Yesterday, I received a letter in which I was notified I didn't pay the toll last month in another state. If I just pay, it may mean I accept I was wrong. So I decided to do something. I wrote an appeal letter to tell them why I didn't pay the toll. I am not sure it will work or not. The best thing is that they believe what I wrote, and I just need to pay for the toll without any other fee. The worst thing is I still need to pay the extra money. It was the first time I wrote an appeal letter. No matter what the result will be, I have done what I can do at this moment. I will wait for any possibilities in the next couple of days.

Today, I received a mail in which I was notified I didn't remit the toll due of $4.00. The Violation Notice Number is **********-*. I felt upset and helpless totally. I always paid some tolls after I received a mail in which there was a Mailing number. I paid them immediately online. It's the first time I traveled through the Delaware toll lane 40 when I drove to New York. To be honest, I did not notice it WAS a toll lane since I did not pass a special entry or exit, and I did not get a ticket! I felt so sad because I would not like to be looked as a person who did not want to pay the toll. I would have paid it if I had known how to pay it.
Is it helpful to become a member of E-ZPass if I travel to another states again? If yes, I will sign up soon. I definitely don't want that the same thing happens again! It is not a business of money. It is about me, a person who always wants to be on the right way.

My mail has been delivered. Now it is Easter Holiday. I wonder when my appeal letter might be answered.
Today, the check was exchanged! The case of Violation disappeared in the website when I searched it again!
We cannot control the result, but we can do what we can do, we should do, and we want to do.
