This Victorian Parlor (reed) organ was made in 1888. It is in excellent condition and it still works. It measures 80 " tall 23" deep and 46" wide. The top comes off, that sure does help when you have to move it. We paid $100.00 to a young woman, she said it was her ex boyfriends great grandmas. It was passed on to her from her grandmother. He had it for a while and he didn't want it anymore. The young lady broke up with him and he needed the money to move, and he didn't want to move it. I think we got really lucky, we keep it in our living room.

You can see in the photo a close up of the claw-foot glass ball legs on the stool. Do any of you like or collect antiques?
:) Somewhere in my family, there's a pump organ very much similar to this one but without the massive top piece. That's quite impressive.
What an unbelievable steal of a deal! the stool alone was worth the effort.
Congratulations !!
Thanks @marillaanne. We would love to see pictures of the pump organ your family has. I have seen many antiques come and go through our actions, throughout many years. I buy and keep very few pieces. This piece is a keeper.
