Hi Marcella,
I think it is all good ;-). all the opposites you mentioned are up to your interpretation and your mindset. It is all existent all the time at once, make what you think is best out of it.

This reminds me on a verse of a rapper (talib kweli) "Life is a beautiful struggle".
