Well we all know that pork in unhealthiest meat with a lot of saturated fat. The healthiest meat is a white meat like chicken or turkey steak - which is considered as healthiest - turkey meat has even selenium, vitamin b6, niacin and phosphorous in it!
If you replace pork with white meat i think you woud lose fat and gain more muscles! But it's up to you to decide your priorities.
