Once a week I usually take time for breakfast. Usually, on Friday, finishing a week of, usually, hard work, trying to enjoy the moment, slow down a bit and enjoy that meal.
Nowadays, I usualy stop at a bar near my job and ask a "small" sandwich (just look at the photo) ;)
This one is called "whim (caprice)", made with pork loin, bacon, cheese & egg.
I usually go walking from my home to job (40-50 minutes walking) stop at a bar and ask one sandwich of this kind and enjoy having breakfast, usually, with some co-workers. There, is forbidden to talk about work, we talk about other things (projects, what to do during the weekend, soccer, ...) and I usualy try to remember how have I been doing during the week, the projects, issues appeared and how I solved them, future projects to take care off, ...
During the week I eat very healthy (fruits, vegetables, ...) but friday is special... at least the breakfast.
