I agree with you Xuanito! But I think they will be useful for people who have get stuck in their life! Especially when there is no progress. Sometime I am in that position, dealing with a lot of stress but I try to continue to live regardless of what may come ! So, If you have high stress level, just let your hair down and keep calm
yes, those points can be the guidelines for us when we don't know which way to choose in our lives :)
