RE: A Day In The Life: a short animation

I didn't care about the bots before too until one of my friends started researching them. Not that you get too many profits but at least you are seen together with all shitposters.

It won't change before the next soft fork on steemit, so have to be flexible. What do you think? I'd seriously love if it would be more transparency.
No one is going to stop that before the major adjustments to the platform.

I don't like them. But at the same time I would never want to enforce a stop on them.

I just worry that the people who use the boys to get seen don't realise that they are not getting seen. Not really. The people who look at trending are not really the people who will be looking to support people in their future endeavours.

But as I say,I have always been happy for people to use them to get a boost. I just don't like the fact that people stack several of them to get on trending which is what newcomers see when they arrive. Or outsiders. There was a part recently which is really just a scam which was almost at the top of trending and is outsiders see that it will just reinforce the image that steemit is some kind of scam

Yeah stacking fifty different boosts doesn't help at all. And also scam on trending is awful.
I also think that boosting doesn't give you true supporters. People will support you if you connect and converse with them regularly.
I'm curious about the changes that will be on the next fork.

I am too, Iwonder if there will be anything to look at stuff like that or it will just be this onboarding malarkey which seems to be causing so much trouble
