I have been studying life and I have discovered that character is king in life. In the aspect of job seeking, your intelligence cannot get you a job if you have a bad character.
By bad character I mostly mean disrespectfulness, rudeness and other ill behaviors.
When you go for a job interview, one of the things they usually check about you is your character and if it is that you have a bad character you will not get the job, no matter how intelligent you are.
I know of several people that have lost different opportunities in life, like jobs, big contracts, life partners e.t.c, because of their bad character.
Even if a person is able to get a job with his bad behavior, he might not last in the job because of his bad character.
The only time you can be safe in your job with bad attitude is if you are the owner, creator, inventor and innovator of that job, this way you are your own boss, so no one can fire you.
But then again even if you have created your own job with your bad behavior, even nobody can fire you, you can drive away your employees bad behaviors and this way your job can crash.
So if you want to go far in life, you need to have a good character because it will take you far in life.
Indeed. You are right. Character has damaged a lot in so many people's life. Even bad bosses can not keep most of their workers for long. He doesn't need to fire them. They run away.
