Most people want to win the lottery, however, it is something that for many has been like a curse since they have ended up worse than when they won it.
Those super fortunate will surely think of houses, cars, vacations, gifts. But many who have gone through that experience know that to manage that money it is necessary to be very wise and intelligent.
According to statistics, 72% of the people who have won the lottery end up being poor again, but why? The reason is simple and that is that we can not put water in a bowl that is broken because the liquid will come out.
The vast majority of those people who won the lottery and became rich overnight did not have a financially prepared mind and do not know principles about financial intelligence either, which made what seemed good finally to be fatal for them.
Abraham Lee Shakespeare, was one of them, in 2016 he earned 30 million dollars. His family began to demand money from him, and later he was accused by a co-worker of stealing the winning ticket.
Later he married Dorice Dee Dee Donegan Moore, who played the role of financial advisor. Shakespeare discovered that Donegan had stolen two million dollars, and suddenly he disappeared. In 2010 his body appeared.
Another case was that of Gerald Muswagon, who earned 10 million dollars. I spend your money on alcohol and parties in only 7 years. Filled with remorse and despair, Gerald committed suicide.
The story of Michael Carroll has no waste, was a sweeper who earned 15 million dollars in 2012 but in just 5 years he lost everything in prostitutes, alcohol, drugs and parties.
What of evidences in only these 3 histories is a lack of very great financial intelligence in people who did not have a trained mind for economic greatness.
That is why, by changing their economic situation so suddenly, it is as if they had a bomb in their hands that will sooner or later explode and hurt them a lot.
If one day you win the lottery do not forget to have a cool head, do not think about splurging and start, preferably from now on, to obtain knowledge about financial intelligence.
Personally I am not a person who plays lotteries, I just wanted to emphasize the importance of everyone having knowledge about finance, in fact, like great gurus like Robert Kiyosak and I think that financial intelligence should be taught in schools.
Know the art of making money work for you and not you for money. If you learn that, you have already won the lottery.
