FRAGMENT YOUR TASKS
Every morning it is good to sit down and make a list of the day's pending, but the real Pro goes further and orders them by priority. Yes, we know that probably that Excel table that gives you lazy and you are leaving for last has to be the first thing you do, but think about how easy the rest of your tasks will be once you finish the most difficult and urgent.
MEASURE YOUR TIME
Have a record of how long it takes you to do what activity will help you be more effective when prioritizing your activities. We advise you to respect the time allotted to each activity, if you do not finish, it does not matter, arrange it in another space and proceed to the following. This way you avoid spending the whole day on one thing.
SE TAKE THE LIST
Make a quick check of the status of your list every so often. There's nothing better than checking something out! Not only does it allow you to have a clear vision of where you are going, but the feeling of accomplishment is once again reducing the list is super motivating.
FORGET THE MULTI-TASKING
Yes, yes, we already know that you can do everything but, as your aunt said, "he who covers a lot, does not press hard". When we try to do more than one task at the same time, we are actually switching between tasks. This takes away concentration, focus and a lot of time. The best thing is to focus on one thing, finish and move forward.
DELEGATE
You would be surprised to realize the amount of time you spend doing the most monotonous and simple tasks of your work. If you have an assistant, collaborator or a partner available, do not be afraid to assign this type of task and so you will have more time for what is important.
BECOME A GOOD PLAYLIST
If you think that wearing headphones in the office is being antisocial, you could be wrong. Listen to your favorite songs while you work and you will see how you finish your tasks in less time and with the best attitude. Oh, and if you decide to dance a little in the seat, we will not tell anyone. Your secret is sure.
BREATHE!
An important activity that will improve your productivity is the organization of breaks and breaks. Yes, you read well, rest and take a few minutes for you is key. The advantage of these breaks is that they will help you to concentrate and work more motivated, they will also help your body to stretch and avoid long hours sitting, they will also allow you to rest and preserve your sight.

I no
Great advice. I try to take 5-10 min a day and get down the stuff I plan to accomplish that day. It lets you focus on a few important things. If its not urgent why are you working on it? I also find it hard to delegate sometimes, but this is the key to being the most productive. It may take some time up front to get someone else up to speed, but it will pay with great dividends later when they can help you accomplish your goals.
