Diwali is just around the corner and I couldn’t be more excited. It is the biggest festival in India. The festival is celebrated with unequal zeal and pleasure by Hindus, throughout the country. The festival signifies the victory of light over darkness, trimpth of god over evil. Its also known as festival of light. Diwali to me means spending quality time with family and friends. My absolute favorite thing about diwali is seeing everyone’s decorations inside and outside of their homes. Houses decorated with lights of different colours and sizes, earthen lamps glittering at the entrances and over the boundaries and railings make the view mesmerizing. People come out of their houses in new clothes and burn crackers and fireworks.
People shop for new clothes, home decor items and gifts for their loved ones on this festival. The markets are flooded with variety of gift items and sweets around this time.

On this auspicious occasion I will share my life event that change my thinking process, teach me valuable lessons. With help of these lessons I am able to counter my some problems.
On the starting of my new job I used to work 12 hours a day to earn some incentive. That time I leaves home at 9 am and came back at 11 pm. Working 6 days a week, whopping 60 hours a week. There is no social life for me. The only uppeople I get a chance to talk are the people that I work with. Who sometimes are boring and don't talk. After a while this has a very depressing effect on me. lack of social interaction increases loneliness in my life. Idon't see my friends and family in this time and rarely get conversation with anyone worth talking to. suddenly started to feeling isolated.
Lack of physical exercise and lack of physical exposure to natural light started creating health issues. Lostmy immunity and I starts to face Common cold, headache, acidity regularly. I couldn't work effectively.
I was both mildly depressed and increasingly angry, behaving erratically and feeling endlessly paranoid.
It all came to six month ago - I was walking down the street when I suddenly became overwhelmed by anxiety and panic. I burst into tears and couldn’t stop crying. Horrible thoughts were racing through my head and at that point all the things took real turn for the worse and I realise that I am struggling to cope. My mind shouted just stop it now.
I took leave from my job and went on solo trip. that was whole new experiance. I will share that experiance with full details in another article. this trip helps me to connect myself. I am able to seat back and reassess my life.
When you connect to your soul, you awaken a part of yourself that is glorious and magnificent. It is an experience unlike any. Aligning with your soul will help you to live a conscious, powerful and mindful life. in to your highest purpose. Discovering your soul is discovering who you truly are. When you discover who you really are, you align with your purpose, your passions, and the Universe. Travelin general is one of the most beneficial life experiences you can have but there are even more benefits if you decide to do it alone.

After that solo trip I cut down my working hours and after a month leave that job. I decided to move back home to try and surround myself with people I love, and that care equally about me.I’ve moved jobs to a much nicer environment, and they allow me to work part-time which has removed a lot of the work pressure I was previously subjected to.
I am now able to spend more time with my friends and family, and on creative pastimes and exercise. All of this has had a positive impact on me personally. Exercise has shown me that I can conquer physical challenges, and that gives me hope for overcoming all of my problems.
I was leaping my bed each morning with vigour and enthusiasm I never experienced. I even felt my creativity and to write begin. I stated to write not great literature but fun to write and enjoyed by my friends on social media. My friends said," you are becoming more like you you are the person we initially met"
Only six month ago the very idea that I would be sitting at home, tapping out a blog post would have next to impossible for me, but that is what has happened. Now with out any tress I am able to earn more money than that hectic job.
Iknow work is a very important part of our lives but don’t make it the most important part of your lives. We all need to take a break sometimes. Oddly, though, many people leave their vacation time unused. Whether you take a vacation, a staycation, or a playcation, it's important to take a break from the job, the routine, and the demands of life in order to keep stress levels in check.
Don’t ignore yourself, your hobbies, your family or your loved ones for work. After all we work to live a better life with our loved ones but not live to work. Because as someone wise said “ You are not born to just pay the bills and die”
We all have some aspirations, some dreams that we want to fulfill. But seeing a dream is one thing and making efforts to make it come true is totally another thing. If you have a dream, start working for it today itself don’t leave it for tomorrow . Give it a try wholeheartedly and you never know it could come true very soon. Keep on trying and you will get through one day.
- Live in the present, not in the past or for the future
I have seen many people who will nag themselves for their past mistakes or be over-cautious for the future. Don’t ignore your present needs just to maintain a hefty balance in your bank account for the future just because it gives you happiness. Saving is good but overdoing that at the cost of present is not what I believe in. Guys live in the present too. Take lessons from the past and be a little careful for the future but don’t let it overshadow your present. Because neither can we change the past nor the future, but we can definitely change the present and make our lives better.
Interfering in others life and ogling into what the other person is doing may sound interesting to many but guys over doing it may not only irritate the other person but can also be harmful to you. Now you must we wondering how. Then let me tell you because you are wasting your energies thinking about what others are doing instead of channelling all the energy into thinking and doing something better for your life. Don’t waste your energy for others, instead use it to improve your life because that will be more satisfying. Please guys live your live and let others live their lives the way they want to.
For me this is one of the most important things to lead a good peaceful and satisfying life. Well stop thinking what bad will happen if you start a new business or what will happen if you tell your partner what you really think or what your friends will say if you are different from them. Forget everything. Stop thinking negative about something or someone. Always keep a positive approach in doing anything. This is my biggest strength which gives me my peace of mind. I try to ignore the negatives and embrace the positives in things, people and circumstances. And this what you should start doing because it’s definitely going to change your life forever.
I always try to enjoy my life as much as I can in whatever circumstances I am in. Its obvious that diwali means unlimited fun for me. I am a very positive and optimistic kind of person. You can also call me over-optimistic for that matter.
Well I love to go with the flow and make changes where I think I need to. I always try never to be stressed out or let down by anything or anyone because nothing can stop you if you believe in yourself. The true meaning of diwali is not to lighten up our surroundings but to brighten your soul. createa healthy mind that is devoid of negativity, darkness.
One should live life positively Because you get to live only once , so make the most out of it…!!
I always try to leave every worry behind and travel as much I you can. Wich help me to connect myself. It create a happy space for myself. It is refreshing and empowering to be surrounded by people who are happy, who encourage you and who keep you company. Not only the people, but the environment also gives me a healthy start.
Be it every month or every three months or every six months. But you should give a lot of importance to travelling. Make it a routine to travel as much as your pocket can allow, leaving asides all the worries and tensions. Don’t be stingy or miser when it come to giving your soul and body a much needed rejuvenation in form of a vacation. Carry on with your work, your routine but also save some time for some travel.
Hope you could imbibe some of these musings in your life too this Diwali.
Happy Diwali guys….!!
