    I'd rather be the manager. That way, I'd be able to influence the bad employee. Being bad is only but a mindset.

    Id rather be the manager :) that way i would try using my people management skills to turn them and we all will benefit :)

      I'd definitely rather be the manager in this scenario. At least I could work to correct the bad employees.
