What is the soul? Do you believe you have one? Traditionally defined as "a part of humans regarded as immaterial, immortal, separable from the body at death, capable of moral judgment, being held to account for actions and therefore susceptible to happiness or misery in a future state. The immaterial essence, animating principle, or actuating cause of an individual life."
If every action is thereby driven by soul on a conscious and subconscious level, why do we do things as individuals and a society that threaten its eternal wellness? In religious reactivity, I fear many do not believe they have a soul, act only on short term desires, and therefore become #soulless. Our beliefs have the power to create reality.
How does not acting in accordance with the long term interests of the soul affect the soul of those who believe they do not have a soul? People justify horrific acts because they think they can get away from being accountable to the perpetual recording of actions by the soul. If only people knew ETERNAL LIFE was real in every cell... just then can we save the #soul of both individuals, society and this sacred planet.
