I really liked your story! But I think if the judge was unfamiliar with the accused, he would hardly be acquitted. It's a happy coincidence. Of course, it happens in life, but very rarely. But history is instructive and kind. Upvoted :)

in such countries in Asia and Middle east, if such happens, even if one is innocent, the judge usually does anything at his/her discretion...
