This is a great blog and I have to say I am guilty of all of the above. I don't understand the link between making your bed, budgeting and dieting. I do struggle with sleep so I'll make this little change and see what impact that has...... i also think I need to make more time in the morning and am always stumbling around in the dark rather than putting the bright light on..... some small easy changes to make to my routine so I'll give them a go. Am following for more great health and diet tips (I need as many as I can get) xxx
