Recipe for kapenta
Soaked it in hot water for about 10 minutes , then wash it, fry in hot oil, then added some tomatoes, onions and salt then let it cook.
Recipe for cabbage
Wash, cut, put in the pot add tomatoes, onion,salt and oil then let it cook.
