When the surgery doctor drove to the mechanic to fix his car, the mechanic opened the motor of the doctor's car to fix something and throw useless things.
The mechanic turned arround to the doctor and said : Can I ask you?
The doctor said with astonishment : Yes of course.
The mechanic : You do surgery of people's hearts and I do operations to fix heart of cars ,but why you get alot of money while I get less than you too much!
The doctor get closer to the mechanic and whisper to him : Try to fix the car without turning the motor off.
