Do not get used to self-reflection and then regret and question all of these programs. When it comes to different kinds of things like guilty because 2 years ago did not choose A but choose B, it would start to question why not think exactly and regret again. Time can not be reversed, so do not let this life lament for any mistakes that have been committed. Rice has become porridge, what else can be changed? Just go ahead with the selected life and try to improve gradually.

Do not like to blame yourself. It is true that we learn from mistakes because of the fact that some people have known how difficult it is to live in the next 20 years. We just let this life go and try to improve. So these are life lessons that are useful for changing your perspective in the work environment to be more meaningful:

Get through today with the full, do not mourn over yesterday

We often spend a lot of time thinking about the days gone by and for the moment to come so much that we forget to go through this day completely. Avoid mourning yesterday and from there think about what you will do for the next day. The past has not been postponed, and the future we do not know what will happen. So keep on going today with joy.

If yesterday your employer was angry because you were wrong to do the job, you did not have to spend a day planning what you could do for the next day. You forgot to go through the remaining days. You let your mind be overwhelmed by what happened. If a colleague calls for release release tension, just go away. Do not let dinner time get too focused because you are worried about what will happen tomorrow. Cherish the time now okay?
