Amazing post my dear. I have been telling people about energy vampires for years and there are some great ways of dealing with them. I have come to a realization that most of them do not know that they are sucking the energy out of others. When I have the time and if it is appropriate, I talk to them and try to stop the damage being done in the future. Your advice is excellent, all of those things help. I am looking forward to reading the second part of this, will you be talking about energy barriers and energy fields that we can put up around ourselves? Oh joy! Cant wait :) I am curious to read what kind of methods you use and if they are similar to mine. 💚
