I hadn't planned on writing a post about it, but now I think of it, I have so much first hand experience and knowledge in this particular area that I'm sure my sharing would be of benefit to many.
My daily remedial regimen involves myofacial release/trigger point therapy, foam and ball rolling, exercises to strengthen and neutralise the pelvis, specific yoga stretches, being barefoot as much as possible, wearing toe spreaders in the evening, walking more/sitting less, breathing exercises (the pelvic floor being just 1 of the body's diaphragms) and stress avoidance.
I've had a flare up of pelvic pain lately; a result of getting too in to steemit, and sitting/standing for hours on end typing and not being mobile and active, and have unfortunately had to take a break from steemit as a result.
Our bodies are designed to move all day long, not to be static. To really, properly remedy back, pelvis and any other alignment issues, long term, it takes a lifestyle change. This much I know from personal experience.
