Thank you Father in heaven for all of your blessings. Thank you for giving us family, friends and loved ones to be in relationship with and share life with. Thank you for parents, brothers and sisters. Thank you for children. Thank you for close friends. Thank you for the celebrations of life. Thank you for the sacred connection of marriage. Thank you for blessing those who devote their lives to following you.
Take a moment today to think of someone in your life to be thankful for.
Cheers!
The wedding venue in North Idaho.
The lovely bride ( this was actually a vow renewal on this couple's 20th wedding anniversary.)
After the ceremony.
A prime rib of beef feast for dinner.
A family moment before cutting the cake.
A simple but elegant wedding cake.
Dancing the night away.
I hope you enjoyed these few snapshots of the wedding vow-renewal of some very close friends of mine.
Cheers!
Thank you Father for the gift of life. Thank you for the sun and moon you created all for us. Thank you the Great I am, for being a Father to the fatherless. Thank you Lord for your mercy that found, and bought us as your own.
Thank you Father for our yesterdays and for the bright future ahead. Thank you Father for the gift of family and friends. Thank you for loving us despite our flawed nature and weaknesses.
Thank you for marriages, for the Unions you've brought into existence for I know you'll sustain them. And for broken homes and families, that you'll heal.
Thank you Elshaddai for the gift of rain that you cause to fall upon our soil and give growth to our seeds. Thank you for winter and summer. Thank you Father, the one who gives and takes. Thank you Lord, our strength and sustainer of our lives. Thank you Lord for Steemit and for steem and SBD.
Thank you for the privilege you've given us to touch the lives of others. Thank you for Wisdom and knowledge. Thank you Father for the gift of Understanding, of times and season. I thank you for @mitneb and for her family and for the beautiful works you're doing through her hands and for her health, for You who started a good work is faithful and able to complete it.
I can never thank you enough Yahweh. We are forever grateful.
Thank you, @joshuaetim, for this beautiful reply here. I hope others follow your lead!
Cheers!
I guess you made a mistake with the name mentioning here
Ha, ha, I did at first, but then I caught it and corrected it, @joshuaetim😁.
Cheers!
Hahaha, okay, I missed you ma, I wish you could delegate other real life responsibilities and spend time a little bit more on Steemit.
However, I know whenever you hit the Steemosphere, something positive, deep and impactful must happen through yours words, pictures and contents.
You are so encouraging to me, @joshuaetim! I miss you, too, and I do try to check your blog for update posts on your ministry. If you make a post, and don't see a comment from me, please DM me on Discord with the link begore the post gets too old to upvote.
Cheers, Brother!
So this is where you've been all this while @mitneb. 😂 I want my prime rib. I will not leave here until I get mine.
It's good to see you posting again. The couple is quite lovely. 20 years of marriage is not easy. For them to do a marriage renewal means that they are having a good time at it. I am happy for them. Extend my best wishes to them.
Where are pictures of you dancing ma? I could not have been snapping the night away, or did you?
I would love to have given you my portion, @warpedpoetic! I am fasting right now, so I was only able to enjoy the sight and smells. Even those were satisfying! The whole dinner was prepared by a family member who is a professional chef.
This couple has endured unusually extreme challenges over the years, so this celebration was particularly meaningful. They are a true testimony of how powerfully God works to redeem broken people and bad choices.
I love to dance, but I had to leave early, so had to miss it.
Thanks for the lovely comment.
Cheers!
Indeed, this marriage is worth celebrating.
20 years together? In a land where marriage certificates are torn over trivial issues within months of wedlock?
Amazing!
@derovict, indeed it is something to celebrate here, too. Many marriages do not last this long in the US either. My husband and I have been married over 26 years thanks to God being central in our lives.
Thanks for the nice comment!
Cheers!
When God is at the centre of anything, longevity must abound.
You're welcome, and I celebrate you too, @mitneb
Enjoy!
You are 100% correct, @derovict!
Cheers!
Beautiful Celebration @MitNeb!! And great moments you've shared with us!
I'm still just grateful to see you and see a little through your eyes again!!! :D
Thank you, @leveuf! I am glad to be back with these little posts. You will indeed see many little glimpses of my daily life as I spend time being thankful for all I have. Thanks for stopping by!
Cheers!
Awesome dear, makes me remember my sister's wedding too. This is an awesome post@mitneb
Thank you so much, @wasmar18!
Cheers!
You welcome bro
