Waoo that difficult touches us...
I live in a constant sadness, what happens to me? the world is eating me and not me to it, what an unpleasant sensation I don't wish it to anyone.

Every day when I go out into the street I look up as if I find the answer to something I still don't know what it is, but what I do know is that it doesn't do me any good. I live day by day trying to fight against that feeling that invades every part of me.
Sometimes I think there are feelings that humans shouldn't feel. But then I remember, that it's only part of that very essence that makes us who we are as human beings, we can't escape that reality.
On last Christmas Eve, I ended a 4-year relationship and yes, it's true that happens to people all the time, they fall in love and then when there is no longer that inexplicable feeling like a feeling that fills you as a person at the beginning of the relationship and conflicts begin the best thing is to end. But what happens when Love, that sensation that you don't know how to describe, is still in one of the two parts...
Sometimes, the best thing you can do is not to think, not to ask, not to imagine, not to obsess. Just breathe and have faith that everything will be fine.
The social tendency is to isolate ourselves, stay at home to watch TV or be on social networks, but in my own life I've realized that when I'm happiest is when I'm not doing that.
