First of all we have to discussed about the top 5 worst habits :-
1)Too many use of chemicals can damage our hairs.The shampoo companies use very harmful chemicals and artificial colours that were causing hair loss.And the hair waxes which we were used are also very harmful to our hairs.
2)Not oiling our hairs is also a very biggest reason for losing our hairs.Most youngsters these days avoiding oiling their hairs which can cause scalp dryness.
3)Heat damages our hairs. Avoid hot blow drawing on daily basis. Do not use hot rods to straighten your hairs.
4)Avoid hot showers. Heat is harmful for our hairs. It can cause hair loss.
- stress is also a reason for hair loss. Stress releases the hormone called cortisol which fields on protein. Which protein in the body is lost in the form of hairs.

Exercise of hair :- All you need to do is rub your nails together for 5 to 10 minutes daily. The nerves below the nails are connected to the scalp and regular nail rubbing stimulates blood flow and oxygen to the scalp.But keep in mind that never do it in empty stomach
Nutrition :-if the body is devoid of nutrition one thing it can afford to lose is hair.The body start taking care of other vital organs. These days fast food like cola,packed juices aur part of every teenagers diet, this should be controlled. The hair stands are made up of protein so one should include the daily dose of protein in diet. Also include iron and vitamin c in your diet.
3)Body massage :- body massage and hair have a deep connection. Body massage increases blood flow.So do not neglect the body massage.
Lifestyle :- lifestyle plays a major role in the health of the hairs. Do not regularly shampooing the hairs. And don't forget to conditioning the hairs 2 times in a week.
Oiling :- Oiling your hairs once or two times a week can nourishing the scalp and also improves the health of the hairs.
