WHAT IS ETIQUETTE?
According to OXFORD ADVANCED LEARNER’S DICTIONARY
“the formal rules of correct or polite behavior in society or among members of a particular profession.”
Etiquette sometimes called “manner, protocol” or the right way of doing things” is a standard of professional, leader of professional conduct and interaction that is meant to make people comfortable. “Social and official life” applies not only to face-to-face interaction, but our online interaction as well. No matter how wealthy, attractive or powerful you are, none of these will redeem you from the unflattering label of being boorish (of people and their behavior [very unpleasant and rude]) rude or insensitive to the feelings of others.
While the practice of good manners has dismally diminished with the rise of technology and the dissolution of traditional families, a polite and refined demean(to do something that make people have less respect for you) is still an attribute appreciated in social and business situation.
