We humans are creatures of habits both good and bad. but today i am gonna introduce some brain damaging habits.
First of all
#Missing Breakfast:
Breakfast is perceived as healthy, even more important than other meals.
Second
#Overeating:
We all are love to eat food.But we all are knows overeating helps us to improve out fats and a lot of problem.
Third
#Smoking:
We all are knows smoking is really harmful for our lung. In one ward smoking = death.
Fourth
#High sugar consumption:
Eating too much added sugar increases the risk of dying with heart disease.
Fifth
#More sleeping specially at morning:
Oversleeping is damage your health slowly.
Sixth
#Wearing cap/scarf or socks while sleeping:
Most of people didn't know that wearing cap/scarf or socks while sleeping it's damaged your eyesight.
Seventh
#Over speaking:
Too much speaking has a lost of side effects. such as: dizziness,loss of concentration, emotional instability, muscular tension, and abnormal posture.
Eighth
#More brain usage during sickness:
When you are gotta sick you need relaxed.
So all those bad habit everyone should to avoid.I hope everyone have a good health.
