I love shoes too. Yeah, about filming. Just plan the picture and the framing just as you would when you are photographing. You already have the eye for it so don't overthink the process. And as only few people can be perfect videographers and shoot a perfect commercial where every frame has to perfect, don't think too much. Just do it, add music and have fun. Just like you did! :) (Or try to have fun.)
I know you said no talking about editing or filming but I can't help it. The words just came out of my fingers and here they are now.
