It is the natural law of nature that we all advance towards old age with age. But before old age, old age is not normal. For many reasons, premature aging can take place. Old age is seen due to excessive anxiety, sleeping, physical illness, food irregularities, unhealthy foods etc. So if you follow some rules, old age can be stuck and disease away from diseases. It is not found in foods rich in antioxidant foods, but it is available in daily diet lists. Betacarotin, alpha carotene, lycopene, cryptananthin, polyphylene acids, tannins, vitamins A, c, e, copper, zinc, selenium, iron etc, are anti-oxidants, which contribute to aging.
According to nutrition experts, there are vitamins, spinach, garlic, pistachios, coriander leaves, mint leaves, seasonal data, nutsheps etc. Molasses, soybeans, beans and alpha and bitcorrhoid. Tomatoes, watermelons and red nuts have many lycopines, which are high-quality antioxidants. Apart from antioxidants, there are plenty of vitamins in Vitamin A and C, Black Bamboo Lipton, Pineapple, Tomato, Adabella, Lime, Apple, Banana, Guava, Pudana etc., which reduce free-radical levels and body cell walls apart from antioxidants. Vitamin E helps in removal.
Various grains like rice, wheat, soybean, pulses, raisins, pepper, dates, nuts, sea fish, milk are the unique sources of antioxidants. There are also many types of spices that we use in cooking in which there are plenty of anti-oxidants which play a role in aging. So again, if you have a healthy niroga life and long life, including long life, you have to eat plenty of antioxidant foods.
