To get good sleep at night follow this rules.
**Sleeping bed should be comfortable. It is can not be too soft or too hard and the bed must be clean.
**You have to fix a specific time to sleep. Every day, you should sleep at the same time and rise up at the same time. You should never change it at all.
**Can not be awake till mid night. The habit makes you late in the morning .. (Ideal time for sleeping is 10am to 6am)
**Sleeping not good in the daytime .. But it is different when you are old ..
**Avoiding reading, eating, watching TV etc in bedroom. It is better to keep the bedroom for sleeping.
**Look at the temperature of the bedroom is not too high or too low. If you feel cold, you can use thin cotton/blanket.
**Stay away from tea, coffee, cigarettes etc. before sleeping.
**Have enough water to drink and drink a glass of hot milk before sleeping.
**Cleanliness before sleeping ..
**Read 10-15 minuit books before sleeping ..
**Do not use phones, computers/laptops etc before sleeping.
**Removing all thoughts from head while going to sleep.
**During sleep, you can listen to the sweet music of tune. Because listening to music, our attention goes on one side, so all the thoughts from the head are gone.
