hey steemains,
today I am going to talk about the healthy habits.
Because that is very important for yourself.
I am actually a very lazy person and if it is up to me,
I spend the whole day in bed watching Netflix or Youtube.
But that is of course not possible because I naturally want a healthy lifestyle.
So I had agreed with myself to:
-go fitness every day.
-drinking a lot of water every day.
-to eat healthy and do not eat too much candy.
-move a lot, for example, take a walk.
With these rules I remain sporty and healthy.
