Yoga

Plan game

With many patience and planning, such as chess, computer games etc., many good exercises by playing those games are the brain. It has patience and ability to plan and grow.

Healthy eating habits

Receive balanced food every day. Eat at least five types of fruits and vegetables every day. Coconut water and bananas are also rich in potassium, which are useful in mood-making. Besides, breakfast can not be removed in any way.
