Today I only did pull ups and push ups but that is a great workout If you don't have time for a long one!! This game can be played with 2-how every many want to play.The rules are: Put cones in 2-4 corners and the main goal is to knock your opponents cones down and have the last cone left, If there is more than 4 players you will need to put teams make teams how ever you want, NO kicking the opponents cones down the have to be knocked over by the ball, no puppy guarding (standing close to the cone so no one can hit it), you can't put back up a knocked down cone unless it was kicked over when a teams coin is knocked over if there is still 2 or more cones left the become lone wolfs and take down or help protect the remaining cones. And that's about it you can add extra rules like amount a ball or you can add to the game and that's not hard.
