For the majority of my life since adolescence, I've faced issues with waking up and beginning my day. Often times, it will feel as though half of my day is lost due to the fatigue and general "out of it" sensations I experience.
I realize there's areas I need to improve upon in my life -- diet and physical activity to start. A few years back I was diagnosed with dangerously low vitamin D and have been supplementing since, though perhaps that isn't enough.
At this point though, my thirties are drawing near, and I'd much prefer not to enter them feeling like I do now.
What's worked for you?
