Hey I have a honest question to my fellow Steemians. You can’t deny that a lot of people have the habit of starting the day with a nice cup of coffee. You can find coffee everywhere at your work gas stations at your home etc. it’s cheap and doesn’t take long to prepare. It makes me wonder if I am missing out on something. I hardly drink any coffee maybe
1 or 2 times a year. I don’t even know how i get to drink it maybe just going with the flow when i am with friends or family.
I never felt the urge to start drinking coffee on a regular basis. I do have to say that the few times when i do drink coffee, it's not even bad i can easily finish my cup of coffee without any regrets. But I do wonder what the benefits of drinking coffee are? It’s well known that coffee contains caffeine and we all know that caffeine can boost your energy level for a time period.
That is the first benefit that i can think of. I assume there are more benefits for people that drink coffee. I never really looked into it. The reason i came up with this little article because recently i was on a family gathering and most of my family members are heavy coffee drinkers, and they found it really strange that i don't drink any coffee. Of course you don’t have to drink coffee for the benefits maybe you just enjoy a cup of coffee because of how it tastes or the company that comes with it. Coming from a guy that hardly drinks any coffee, i really want to know what a good cup of coffee means to you. And how many cups of coffee do you like to drink throughout the day?
