As we said at the beginning, it has been popularly considered excessive consumption of coffee as harmful to our health, since it could produce an increase in cardiac risk due to the stimulating effect of caffeine, one of more than 1,000 bioactive elements contained in coffee .

In contrast, there are several epidemiological studies that associate coffee consumption with greater longevity and protection against most causes of cardiovascular, respiratory and infectious diseases.

Yo creo que te puede dar beneficios siempre y cuando lo tomes con medida, dígase de dos a tres veces por semana. Si lo tomas todos los días, a la larga vas a tener problemas de sueño. Te lo digo por experiencia.
